Not every case needs trailing services. Though Super Sniffers covers a wide range of areas, you may be out of our service range or we may not be able to get to you quickly. We never want anyone who reaches out to us to feel that they are alone! We developed consultations for missing pet cases to be able to help as many lost pets as possible!
Melanie will personally review your individual case based upon the information you sent in. She looks at the general area your pet went missing in to determine a personalized recovery plan that she reviews with you over a video call.
Recovery methods are determined by the pets species/breed, personality traits, missing pet behavior, geographical location, and other individual information that varies from case-to-case.
Once we review the plan together, you will still get the support and guidance from Melanie until your pet is recovered!

What makes Melanie unique for consults is her vase experience working with a wide range of species through her behavioral training business! She has extensive avian experience with parrots, raptors, ducks, and other unique avian species. She has trained across the country training ambassador animals for zoos/aquariums with various snakes, lizards, and other reptiles. She has connections with experts in the respective species she can also consult if needed!

We will only consult on animals we are confident in working. We also will only consult cases we feel we can make a positive impact on. If there is a case we are not able to take, we refer you out to our network of professionals that can help!
Step-by-step process
Melanie will review your case personally and determine the best course of action in her professional opinion. She will be able to answer all the client’s questions including pricing of services, timelines, what services are recommended, etc.

Once we have determined your case is a consulting case, Melanie puts together a personalized and detailed recovery plan filled with information and recovery options personalized for your individual case.

Melanie shares her screen and meets with you to go over all the information for your individual plan. She will answer any questions you may have. These sessions are up to an hour long.

Continued Support

melanie continues to work with you and support you till your pet is recovered, we exhaust all options, or you discontinue services. This is not a one-and-done meeting. Melanie continues to support you, answer questions, and modify recovery options.
